2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on location, weight, and chosen delivery method.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delays & Issues
The Dolphin Shorts is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Customs processing Courier service disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.) If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
