At The Dolphin Shorts, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In original packaging with tags still attached.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@thedolphinshorts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  • Pack your item securely and include proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, please request an exchange when contacting our support team.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
